I hate the whole concept of antiaging. It's almost like getting older is some kind of human failure. However, I am a huge proponent of aging well to have the energy and vitality to live your best life well into old age. In today's episode, I chat with Zora Benhamou, who is a gerontologist and host of the “Hack your Age” podcast. Zora studies evidence-based techniques that slow the aging process to defy our age. We talk about the impacts of sleep, stress, nutrition, movement as well as mental and emotional factors of how we age. Zora also shares how our perceptions of age impact how we age. This episode is all about embracing the best versions of ourselves through midlife and beyond.
Tune in to this episode to hear what you can do to positively impact your aging process.
