Friday Feb 11, 2022
Oftentimes, we hear these stories of other people finding their purpose in life and it sounds so grand, and they are making a ton of money from it. When the truth is, though that may very well be for them, that's not exactly how you may find your life's purpose.
Finding purpose in midlife isn't necessarily connected to material gains. It's all about becoming the best version of you. I discovered a process that worked for me and has helped clients tune into themselves to find their purpose.
Listen to this quickie episode as I share this process with you.

The Power of Gratitude and Meditation
Wednesday Jan 26, 2022
Wednesday Jan 26, 2022
Gratitude and meditation are two practices that have made a huge difference in my own life. I would even go so far as to say they’ve been life-changing. Today’s guest Lori Saitz is the CEO of Zen Rabbit and host of the podcast “FINE is a 4-Letter Word.” She shares with us her journey to understanding the power of meditation and gratitude and why she now teaches others to do the same. In this episode, we chat about how we allow busy thoughts to clutter our minds and keep us from acknowledging important truths that need to be addressed. Lori agrees with me that you can only run from your truth for so long before life will find a way to make you listen. Will it take a whisper or will it take a brick upside the head?
Arthur Bio
Lori Saitz is the CEO of Zen Rabbit and host of the podcast “FINE is a 4-Letter Word.” She’s a nationally recognized expert in using gratitude and meditation for business success. Entrepreneurial professionals hire her to help them achieve their goals faster – without working harder.
Through her first business, Lori introduced the world to The Gratitude Cookie and built what looked like a million-dollar business. In reality, she ignored a key growth factor and ended up frustrated, in debt, and ashamed. She’s now evolved that experience into creating tools for moving from that place where you say everything’s fine – but it’s really not! – to fantastic.
When she's not working, you can find Lori in the weight room at the gym, because she also loves baking and eating.

Thursday Nov 11, 2021
Thursday Nov 11, 2021
This week we turn the podcast spotlight to an incredible story of resilience and triumph with disabled army veteran, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Major Jas Boothe. Having survived a military career-ending illness, depression, and homelessness all while navigating single motherhood Jas dug deep to find a way to turn each tragedy into triumph. Instead of allowing her life experience to get her down, instead, she asked - "What's next?" and started her own non-profit, ‘Final Salute Inc’ which raised over $4 Million to provide homeless veterans with housing. That resilience now has her positioned as an entrepreneur with a skincare line focused on helping women focus on self-care.
Tune in to hear this amazingly inspiring story of tragedy that led to a spiritual journey of self-love and belief.
